In line with UNESCO's (the United Nations Education, Science and Cultural Organization) philosophy that arts education can play an important role in the creation of a culture of peace, international understanding, social cohesion and sustainable development, Excelsior International School aims to promote and advocate drama, theatre, music and visual arts as part of a holistic and creative education for our students.
Dance education aims to enable students to discover their own innate capacity for the communication of ideas, thoughts, and feelings through the medium of dance.
In addition, dancing activities contribute to a healthy lifestyle, as well as the development of individual and social skills.

Unique, fun, creative and imaginative drama and theatre curriculum is individualised and aims to provide positive reinforcement to each student.
Through the drama and theatre lessons, students can develop the following skills:
- Acting skills

- Confidence and self-esteem
Music education aims to encourage students to understand the role of music in daily lives, appreciate music of various genres and be able to express themselves through creative music making.
Visual arts education develops the students' abilities to comprehend the world around them, and to observe, interpret and evaluate expressions, emotions and ideas communicated through the works of others and oneself.
Besides developing knowledge of art heritage and the ability to create works of art, the visual arts education aims to develop the students' aesthetic perception and an ability to offer critical judgment.
